During this project we provided an example of communicating with the client about choosing a course in business communications. Here, we implemented a chatbot that acts as an expert on the nuances of the client's business and helps the person choose between different types of learning, encouraging them to make a choice and purchase the course.

Number of messages per day

The bot sent an average of 800 messages per day, actively engaging with clients and helping them choose suitable courses.

Number of processed orders

Thanks to effective customer consultation, the bot helped process around 3 new course orders per day.

Additional support

In addition to course recommendations, the bot also:

  • Provided detailed information about the content and format of each course.

  • Answered questions about deadlines, costs, and payment terms.

  • Assisted clients with registration and order processing.

  • Reminded clients about upcoming sessions and deadlines.

Integration with CRM

The ed2go bot was successfully integrated into the company's CRM system. This allowed:

  • Automatically creating new course orders in CRM based on customer requests;

  • Synchronizing data about customers, their orders, and learning progress;

  • Tracking order status and notifying customers about their progress;
