Pavel is our client, he receives requests for telecommunication services priced at $3 in large quantities. Our company solved the problem of sales automation by implementing a CRM system and a chatbot that would distinguish between targeted and random requests, and inform the clients about rates.

Planning and Preparation

At first, we created a work plan and organized a team to address the following tasks:

  • Developing a landing page (web quiz) to attract traffic;

  • Implementing a CRM system;

  • Integrating and training artificial intelligence for sales funnel optimization;

  • Launching advertising campaigns on FB/Instagram;

  • Creating banners for the campaign translated into Dutch;

  • Segmenting the target audience.
