The company Aide4biz was tasked with comprehensively taking on marketing and sales process automation. Since our company has a marketing department that has already worked with 250 clients worldwide, providing marketing services, we approached the task systematically.

Planning and preparation

At the beginning, we planned for 6 months and organized a team of 8 people to solve tasks related to:

  • SMM, website development, brand book creation, advertising materials;

  • CRM system implementation;

  • AI integration and training for sales funnel;

  • Setting up advertising on META and Google.

Preparatory work on packaging took 1.5 months, including coordinating tasks.
